About the artist

Emily Gass, aka Emily Grizzly, is a ceramic artist from Portland, Oregon.

Her functional pottery is inspired by earth, plants, animals, pattern, color and many elements from the Pacific Northwest.

She makes work that feels like home.

All pieces are thrown, carved and glazed by hand.

Every functional item is safe for dishwasher and microwave. While no ceramic item is unbreakable, Emily’s work is highly durable and can last for years to come.
